Get ready to play! The NFL FLAG Football program allows you to choose between two games: NFL FLAG and NFL Ultimate. Both offer continuous action without contact and require very little equipment.

Youth participants not only learn the basic concepts of how to play like the pros, like how to pass the ball, run with it and play defense but, thanks to the NFL team identified equipment, they look like the the pros too! Learn more about equipment.

NFL FLAG

This game of two teams of five members each is easily recognizable for any football fan. Participants quickly learn about plays, passing routes and different kinds of defense. Learn more about NFL FLAG.

NFL Ultimate

NFL Ultimate is a combination of football, soccer, basketball and ultimate frisbee. Two teams of five members each face off and it's another great way to get active with NFL FLAG. Learn more about NFL Ultimate.
